Do not say "pick up" said my sisters friend. that's stupid. I am trying as a cheerleader, get real bad wedgie. lol my time Cheer I CAN NOT CHOOSE A WEDGIE before the judge! Please help

It is not very comfortable, but it will work for competitions. One kind of band called "flash tape" from a soft double-sided tape that normally do not blink in T-shirts using immersion in humans. Can also be used to mask their institutions. In If so, you need to tape the seams with Flash (British Columbia, that they are not very painful) line and it should remain. Good luck with your competition!
ok number 1! to use properly to the mounting little wear .. not too tight or big and 2nd Use more notes! or the type of bike short underwear .....

I totally agree with the man who said he had not. Actually do not know a woman, but I'm out of school.
If you need to wear underwear can use the tapes to keep trying to, but if you throw and jump to be like it, can not work.
